1. Cylinder

A cylinder is a mechanical device that converts the energy of compressed air into linear motion. It has the advantages of compact structure, rapid action and large output force. It is widely used in various automatic production lines, mechanical processing equipment and other fields. According to different working requirements, there are single acting cylinder and double acting cylinder, and there are different cylinder diameters and strokes to choose from to meet different thrust and stroke needs.

2. Air source processor

Includes air filter, pressure reducing valve and oil mist. The air filter is used to remove impurities and moisture in the compressed air to ensure that the air entering the system is clean; The pressure reducing valve can adjust the pressure of the system to make it stable at the set value; The oil mist can inject a small amount of lubricating oil into the system to reduce the wear of components and extend the service life.

3. Solenoid valve

Through the electromagnetic control of gas on and off, the actuator such as cylinder can be controlled. It has the characteristics of fast response, high control precision and strong reliability. There are two five-pass, three five-pass and other types, which can adapt to different control logic and working conditions.

4. Trachea

It is used to connect each air source and transmit compressed air. It is made of high-quality materials with good pressure resistance and corrosion resistance to ensure no leakage of gas during transmission.

5. Pneumatic connectors

It is used to connect the gas pipe to the air source or other equipment to ensure the tightness and reliability of the connection. There are quick-insert, threaded and other connection methods, easy to install and disassemble.

6. Booster cylinder

The input low pressure gas is converted to high pressure gas output, and the pressure of the gas is increased. It is suitable for occasions where high pressure gas is required, such as high pressure forming, high pressure testing, etc.
